What is "Functional Fitness"? - 3:32 -->  "Functional Fitness" became a buzzword in the industry and in mainstream media for over a decade.  It grew up and became an umbrella term, covering many areas.  Today, Emily and Jordan cover their definition of functional fitness.

What is "Applied Fitness"? - 11:19 -->  "Applied Fitness" is a new term created by Emily and Jordan that is a more specific, intentional purpose towards THE PERSON'S real goals and a custom fitness routine/programming that can be applied to be successful.
