The second episdoe of 2024 is also The UFFDA! Podcast's second-ever episode on breathing. Aside from strength training, breathing is arguable the most powerful tool for you to learn and harness to improve mood, flexibility, focus, and liviing longer (just to name a few of the numerous benefits of breathing).
